Border or no border?

There should not be any hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland since many people cross it on a daily basis. I think that the Irish border question should be managed in two separate steps: firstly, an initial agreement between the UK and Ireland; secondly, this agreement should be discussed at EU level.

The issue of the border is very complicated. Schengen does not apply to Ireland as a result of the common travel area between Ireland and UK. However, how do you check at the borders who is Irish and can access Northern Ireland, and who is coming from the continent? Let's see how travels will be regulated for EU nationals.
