BAML, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, GS, HSBC, JP Morgan and MS are all major financial institutions that are transitioning staff to Paris, Frankfurt or Dublin. I see Frankfurt as a slightly more important financial city compared to others. However, I believe most banks will take a multi-city approach to bolstering existing branch locations similar to what Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are currently doing.
