Freedom of movement has been a wonderful thing for this country, especially for youth, with the opportunity to study, travel and work in other member states so easily. With the government so determined that this will end, some kind of political agreement is needed that will allow us to continue to do this with as little bureaucracy as possible.

I believe that this will happen. The UK was already on the opt-out side, meaning that for example the border checks on the Eurostar should not change tremendously. There is also too much investment in cross-border transport to stop it all.
