Economic forecast is useful for businesses and prospective investors to prepare for whatever chaos might happen as a result of Brexit. For example, when people are informed of stunted growth or stagnated economy, they'd be less willing to spend and save more. These decreased spendings would in turn make the...

When the Withdrawal Agreement is rejected by the Parliament, the UK is put back to starting line. Any progress made in the last 2 years would be discredited. There are many options that the UK can take such as extending the Article 50, negotiating another deall, holding a second referendum, or even remaining in the EU. But, given the current fragmented political system, I doubt that those alternatives can be executed easily. Everyone wants to be a winner of Brexit but an egaliterian society...

Scotland voted overwhelmingly to stay in the EU, highest in the UK at 62%. We wanted to have the least changes as possible if Brexit has to happen. We want the government to negotiaite a Norway-style Brexit in which we still have access to a single market. We’re happen to ahere to EU laws and jurisdiction. Norway is one of the most successful countries in the world and the SNP firmly believes its model would be the least detrimental to our nation. If the Conservative party is unable to come...

In response to TM's Withdrawal deals, Airbus' senior VP said the company would be able to unlock investments in the UK market. The agreement would end uncertainty and the prospects of a "catastrophic" no-deal Brexit. Prior to the plan's release, Airbus had been freezing its investment and spent €15m to prepare for a no-deal scenario.

The DUP is dissatisfied with the backstop terms in the Brexit Agreement. The Party warned that all of its 10 MP will vote against the plan. The DUP formed close tie with TM and is a backing force that keeps her in power. It's likely that the dynamics will change soon. If TM continues to lose more of her supporters, her plan will become a failure.

Gisela Stuart, chairwoman of a Brexit supporting group, made a forthright remark about TM's negotiations with the EU. She believed that the PM made a mistake of not consulting with the Brexit voters when dealing the terms with the EU. After all, it was them who wanted the UK to withdraw from the union. But the group has been looked down (cont)

TM is an avid advocate of meritocracy, who supports the immigration of highly-skilled labours from the EU and hopes to limit the waves of low skilled workers. One of the proposals regarding labour workers after Brexit is to put a minimum salary of £30,000 for all work migrants. The threshold will have an immediately effect on sectors (cont)

The PM  has to gain support from different constituencies of the Parliament, which can be very tricky as it won't be equally beneficial to all. To the Labour MPs, she has to convince that a harder Brexit would happen if this agreement fails. To the Brexit-supporters, she has to stress that Brexit would not be realised it the agreement doesn't pass.
